NUTLEY - The cleanup effort continued today in Essex County after a Nutley neighborhood was rocked by an explosion Saturday.

According to Nutley police officers, some sort of explosive device blew up on the curb outside of a Centre Street apartment building last night. The building houses businesses and three apartments filled with families.

Witnesses say that the blast shattered windows and nerves, but no one was injured.

Police officers continue to look for those responsible and a possible motive. Anyone with information is urged to call the Essex County Prosecutor's Office Major Crimes Task Force.
