JEFFERSON - The trees are full of slush and sleet in Morris County as Old Man Winter refuses to leave the area, even after the calendar says spring.

People around Jefferson Township were forced to break out the scrapers and shovels again because the snow was still falling.

The snow totals weren't as high as other winter wallops that have hit the Garden State recently, but it still caused slick roadways and unexpected accumulations.
