NEWARK - Wet and windy weather is causing some travel headaches at Newark airport.

Rain and low ceilings are causing flights arriving at the airport to be delayed more than two and a half hours, according to the Federal Aviation Administration’s airport status website.

The wet weather is expected to taper off by tomorrow morning.
