RAHWAY - Tropical Storm Andrea has left New Jersey, but flooding and wet roads remain in the storm's wake.

In Rahway, water has receded from Rt. 27, which flooded last night, but water is still pouring out of manholes and gutters onto the street. Other roads throughout the state have pooling and large puddles.

Areas near rivers are being watched for flooding, especially towns like Manville and Bound Brook near the Raritan River. The Rahway River did flood a little last night, spilling into some area backyards.
