EDISON - Sunny and milder temperatures are on the way for the Garden State.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says skies will be clear overnight and it will be chilly, but Thursday looks to be warmer with highs in the mid- to upper 60s.

Rain will be on and off Friday, but warmer weather is expected for the weekend with highs near 70 degrees.
