EDISON - The rest of Saturday will be cold and windy, but more mild temperatures will return next week.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist SallyAnn Mosey says winds will reach gusts of up to 30 mph, creating snow drifts. Tonight will be cold, with temperatures dropping into the teens.

Some areas of New Jersey got more than a foot of snow, with Rivervale seeing the most at 15 inches.

Wet weather will be returning to New Jersey, with the northern part of the state getting a wintry mix late Sunday into Monday. The rest of the state will get rain. Next week, highs will climb into the 40s, helping to melt all the snow that fell yesterday.
