EDISON - While the strength of Hurricane Sandy keeps changing, its path seems to remain on track towards New Jersey. News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Michele Powers reports that Hurricane Sandy's effects will begin Sunday night and conditions will steadily get worse until Tuesday. Powers says that the storm surge can reach anywhere from six to nine feet.
