EDISON - Scattered showers and spot storms are moving through the Garden State today.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist James Gregorio says rain will build later today.

Gregorio says heavy rain tomorrow could cause flooding problems in parts of the state.

A flood watch has been issued for Camden, Monmouth, Gloucester, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Morris, Northwestern Burlington, Salem, Somerset, Sussex and Warren counties until 4 p.m.
