EDISON - Conditions in New Jersey will remain quiet for the next couple of days, but a possible storm and high heat is in the near future this week. News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Mike Masco says tonight will be muggy, yet comfortable, with temperatures in the 60s. Tuesday will be mostly cloudy with scattered showers, and temperatures will remain in the low 80s through Thursday.

There's a chance of strong storms on Wednesday and heat returns for the weekend, when temperatures could hit the 90s.
