EDISON - Rough weather conditions are expected to begin Wednesday morning and will last into Thursday.

News 12 New Jersey's Meteorologist Michele Powers says to expect rain to start early Wednesday morning. Powers says some accumulating slushy snow will be possible as temperatures begin to drop later in the day and into the night.

Moderate flooding is expected along the shore with waves reaching heights of anywhere between 8 and 15 feet.

Winds up to 25 mph that could pack gusts up to 40 mph are also expected.
