EDISON - It's been a busy night across the Garden State with multiple tornado warnings issued by the National Weather Service.
News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says heavy rains and low level moisture are spawning a lot of the extreme weather.
Curren says there is still a significant possibility of overnight flooding tonight and early tomorrow morning. Some parts of the state saw nearly six inches of rain today.
Thunder, lightning and fog may also be a significant issue overnight into the early morning hours.
