Weather Update: Flooding concerns remain in northern NJ

EDISON - New Jersey residents are drying out after heavy rains and gusty winds slammed the state over the weekend.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Michele Powers says flooding is still possible along the Passaic River at Little Falls and Pine Brook until early Thursday.

Powers says temperatures will cool down to between 45 and 52 degrees overnight. It will be mostly cloudy with very light showers or sprinkles.

Tuesday is also expected to be cloudy with scattered showers, and temperatures between 50 and 55 degrees. Tuesday night is forecasted to have periods of rain, drizzle and fog and temperatures between 44 and 49 degrees.
