EDISON - Evening showers could be moving through Northern New Jersey along the I-80 corridor tonight. The threat of foul weather diminishes after midnight.

The weather will remain warm and summery into the weekend, with temperatures once again climbing towards 80 degrees.

Tropical Storm Karen, currently in the Gulf of Mexico, is expected to make landfall in either Florida or Louisiana over the next few days. News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says the storm could bring rain to New Jersey by Monday or Tuesday.
