EDISON - Heavy rain and some thunderstorms are making their way through the Garden State.
News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says the wet weather is expected to continue overnight, as temperatures drop to around 70 degrees.
Curren says a flash flood watch has been issued for the northeastern corner of the state until Wednesday afternoon.
Early rain will give way to increasing sunshine on Wednesday, with a high of 82 degrees.
Sunny skies will continue into the weekend, with daily highs in the high 70s to low 80s.
