EDISON - A powerful nor'easter storm left parts of the state with flooding and power outages as it moves out of the region.

In northern and western areas of the state, some communities got more than 6 inches of snow.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Michele Powers says wintry precipitation and gusty winds have largely cleared out, and skies will continue to clear tonight.

Powers says tomorrow is expected to be clear and cool with highs around 40 degrees.

Snow is back in the forecast for Saturday where much of the state could see as much as 2 inches of snowfall.
