Weather: Rain moves out, temperatures in the 40s

EDISON - Most of the wet weather has made its way out of the Garden State and temperatures are warming up slightly.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Michele Powers says that Tuesday saw temperatures in the high-30s all the way to low-50s in the state. Tuesday’s overnight hours should see mostly cloudy skies with temperatures in the low-40s.

Wednesday is expected to remain most cloudy. Temperatures should warm into the low-50s. Rain is expected to develop in parts of New Jersey overnight and could last until Thursday.

Thursday is expected to remain mostly dry with temperatures in the upper-40s and low-50s.

The weekend is expected to see temperatures drop into the 30s.
