EDISON - The Garden State saw mostly sunny skies Thursday but temperatures were slightly below average. Temperatures are expected to warm up this weekend.
News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says that breezy conditions were making temperatures feel slightly cooler than they really were. Temperatures are expected to cool even further into the low-20s and teens overnight.
Friday is expected to start off cool, but temperatures should warm into the upper-30s and low-40s by the afternoon. Skies should be mostly sunny with some clouds developing.
The weekend looks to be mostly sunny with temperatures warming into the low- to mid-50s.
