EDISON - The relatively mild temperatures will hang around for a few days, but rain is moving in.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says overnight lows will be in the high 30s and low 40s but clouds will move in overnight and rain should begin to fall by mid-morning.

The rain will continue through Wednesday. Tempertures will become cooler on Thursday and into the weekend.

A series of weak storms will bring the state a few opportunities at some light snow showers later in the week.
