EDISON - Freezing rain that coated much of the Garden State Wednesday has moved out, but colder temperatures are setting in.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says our biggest weather worry tonight will be ice on roads and sidewalks as temperatures are expected to drop into the mid-teens overnight.

Winds are also expected to pick up tonight, and coupled with the lower temperatures, it's going to feel like the single digits.

A winter weather advisory remains in effect for northeastern New Jersey until the late morning because of the ice threat.

On a positive, note Curren also says the weather headed into Saturday looks quieter.
