EDISON - Hot and humid conditions continue across New Jersey, as the threat of storms sticks around for a few more days.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says temperatures will drop into the low 70s overnight as showers pass through.
There's also a chance for some thunderstorms Wednesday afternoon, with a high near 90 degrees.

Skies will begin to clear Thursday, with a high around 86 degrees.

Everyone is advised to drink plenty of water and be cautious about time spent outdoors.
