EDISON - New Jersey saw clear skies but bitter cold temperatures Tuesday. Skies are expected to remain mostly clear for a while, but temperatures could get even colder as a possible weekend snowstorm approaches.
News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says Tuesday’s overnight hours could see winds that could make temperatures feel like the single digits.
The winds are expected to die down by Wednesday morning. Skies should stay mostly clear, but clouds could develop toward the afternoon or evening. Temperatures for Wednesday are expected to reach the mid-30s.
Thursday should stay mostly clear with temperatures in the low- to mid-30s.
Clouds should begin to develop Friday as a potential snowstorm begins to move into the area. Curren expects a storm to hit New Jersey by Saturday, but the extent of the storm has yet to be determined.
