EDISON - More cold weather is headed for the Garden State.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says temperatures will turn sharply cooler late this weekend and early next week.

Curren says there’s also a chance for flurries and snow showers overnight in some spots.

Bitter cold will move in next week, with high temperatures expected to be only in the mid-20s. Windy periods will make it feel like zero or below for an extended time.
