EDISON - The skies have mostly cleared across New Jersey, but temperatures remain colder than they have been.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says that temperatures are expected to drop to seasonably cold conditions beginning Friday night and will last through the weekend.

Friday’s overnight hours should see partly cloudy skies with a breeze. Temperatures are expected to drop into the low-30s.

Saturday is expected to see temperatures much colder than New Jersey has been used to. Temperatures could start off in the low-20s and should only warm up into the mid- to upper-30s. Skies are expected to be mostly cloudy.

Skies should clear by Sunday. Temperatures could warm slightly into the mid-40s.
