EDISON - The first day of February was a warm one across most of the Garden State area.
News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says temperatures were in the low- to mid-50s.
The northern half of the state is seeing some scattered showers.
Temperatures are expected to be in the 50s Tuesday.
A batch of wet weather is expected to move across the area Wednesday. The rain could become heavy at times.
Temperatures for the rest of the week are expected to be in the 40s.
