EDISON - Sunny skies are expected across the Garden State this week, but keep the jackets handy.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says tonight will be clear but chilly with overnight temperatures dropping into the 20s in many spots.

Wednesday will be sunny and even cooler, but highs will climb into the low and middle 50s later in the week.

There is a chance of scattered showers for Saturday.
