Temperatures will begin to warm up heading toward a beautiful weekend in New Jersey.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says temperatures will drop into the 50s overnight with a chance of scattered showers in the southern part of the state.

Thursday will be sunny and warm with highs in the upper 70s.
