EDISON - Dangerously cold temperatures are expected to hit the Garden State by the overnight hours.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says that temperatures Thursday night could reach the low-teens.

Friday is expected to see partly sunny skies with clouds developing in the later part of the day. High temperatures should only reach the mid-20s.

Saturday should be mostly sunny with a few scattered snow flurries. Temperatures are expected to be very cold, with highs of only about 20 degrees. Lows could reach the single digits.

Sunday should also see mostly sunny skies but temperatures are expected to be even colder. Highs may only reach the upper-teens. Wind chills could make it feel as if the temperature is below zero.
