Washington state taking applications for legal pot growers

TUMWATER, Wash. - Lots of folks hope to get high - profits - on legal pot.

This week, Washington state began accepting applications to grow, process and sell legal marijuana.

Hundreds of people applied in just a matter of hours.

The state says it will cap the number of pot stores at 334 statewide, with 21 in Seattle. Last year voters passed a ballot measure legalizing pot.

Do you think New Jersey should join the states that are legalizing marijuana and tax it?
