NEW YORK - A wake is being held in New York for the teen killed in a bus accident near the George Washington Bridge in Fort Lee.

Authorities say 16-year-old Daniel Fernandez stuck his head out of the emergency hatch of a double-decker party bus as it was going under a bridge on Friday evening.

Published reports say the bus had gotten hot inside, but a security guard on board had warned the teens against using the hatch. Teen boy killed in party bus accident near George Washington Bridge
