ASBURY PARK - Locals and visitors packed shore towns as New Jersey celebrates the first July Fourth holiday weekend since Superstorm Sandy.

Many business owners say this is the weekend they have been waiting all year for.

Many lost it all when the storm slammed the state’s coast. They see the weekend as a way to hopefully regain some revenue and pay for costs incurred during the recovery.

Beaches all along Monmouth County were crowded with those enjoying the 90 degree weather today.
