DOVER - Two men are accused of dressing in police raid jackets and carrying badges and guns during a chain of robberies in Morris County.
Police say 37-year-old Vincenzo Viola, of Orange, and 41-year-old Robert Capriglione, of Clifton, asked each victim if they were illegal immigrants before stealing their money.
The first incidents were on May 20, when investigators say the men robbed a victim on Belmont Avenue in Dover and then another victim in a parking lot. Police believe Viola and Capriglione robbed another victim at around 12 a.m. on May 22 in an apartment complex on First Street.

Viola and Capriglione were arrested when police spotted the black pickup truck allegedly used in the robberies in Mendham. The fake badges and drugs were found inside the truck, according to police.
Acting Morris County Prosecutor Frederic Knapp says officers believe there may be more victims who have not yet come forward. Knapp is urging anyone who thinks they may be a victim to contact the prosecutor's office.
