NEWARK - A third year medical student, whose jeep was stolen along with everything inside, claims police didn't notify her about the recovery of the vehicle until days after it was found.

Newark police say Saturday at around 12:30 p.m. they found Jennifer?s Jeep just a couple of blocks from her apartment.

However, Jennifer says she wasn't notified until Monday. She says when she got to the towing company, she was told she'd have to pay $317.

The company says it is now willing to accept just $175. She says she'll be getting her Jeep back this week.
