WALL TOWNSHIP - Unseasonably warm winter weather has the Shore rental market heating up early.

Realtors say heavy demand usually starts coming in during the middle of the spring, not during the winter.

Rives Holder, the manager of Gloria Nilson in Spring Lake, says, "On the weekends it's crazy busy. We've had a lot of people in the town and during the week we have 15 to 20 calls a day."

Rives tells News 12 New Jersey that there's still plenty of inventory up and down the Jersey Shore. Prices range from $500 a week to $75,000 for the season.
