Union City police search for girl missing for 2 weeks

UNION CITY - Police in Union City are searching for a girl who has not been home for more than two weeks.

Police say the girl, Vanessa Guevara, 13, is a runaway and is also legally blind.

Guevara's father told News 12 New Jersey that she also suffers from a heart condition and depression and does not have her medications.

Vanessa is believed to be in New York City. Union City police say she's been active on her Facebook account and that she's not alone.
