PATERSON - A New Jersey man denies his role in the death of his infant son.
    
The 21-year-old Paterson resident, Tyreek Saunders, pleaded not guilty to manslaughter, child endangerment and sexual assault during an initial court appearance on Thursday.
    
Authorities say there were signs of trauma to the 2-month-old, who died in October 2013.
    
The infant's juvenile mother is charged with delinquency in the death.
