NEWARK - Port Authority police have arrested two individuals in a graffiti bust that also netted dozens of cans of spray paint, bolt cutters and a large can of bear spray.

Two plain-clothes officers were patrolling PATH’s South Street Yard when they noticed four suspects spraying graffiti on the train car. Officers were able to apprehend two of the suspects. The other two were able to flee the scene.

Authorities released a photo showing all the items that were recovered from the scene.

Police identified the men as Robert M. Rubin, 27, of East Brunswick and Keylan Monroe Levine, 23, of Cocoa Beach, FL. Authorities are still looking for the two other suspects.
