Police believe a gunman intentionally shot at Trenton officers in an SUV late Monday night.Officials say the two police officers escaped injury as five bullets

TRENTON - Police believe a gunman intentionally shot at Trenton officers in an SUV late Monday night.

Officials say the two police officers escaped injury as five bullets ripped into their vehicle on Stuyvesant Avenue.

The officers reported hearing six shots in the immediate vicinity and they soon found out the gunman had been shooting at them.

No arrests have been made.

The state police union is offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
