Tracy Morgan is suing Wal-Mart for negligence after a fatal crash last month on the New Jersey Turnpike.

A Wal-Mart tractor-trailer crashed into Morgan's limousine bus, injuring him and three others, and killed his fellow comedian and mentor, James McNair, also known as Jimmy Mack, on June 7.
