TOMS RIVER - Toms River authorities say they have made two arrests in connection with a burglary at the police chief's home on Tuesday.

Officials say a security camera captured the suspects, Justin Lovgren, 25, and Jesse Hamby, 19, both of Beachwood, as they allegedly broke into the house of Chief Mike Mastronardy.

Mastronardy says he installed the security cameras just two weeks ago. Police are investigating the possibility that the suspects are responsible for more than five home burglaries that took place in Toms River that same day.
