EDISON - Flooding has been reported in several towns in New Jersey, including Hillsdale, Westwood and Lodi.
News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Michele Powers says temperatures will plummet to between 16 - 27 degrees during the overnight hours.
Tuesday is expected to be sunny, with temperatures between 43 - 47 degrees. Clear skies are forecasted for Tuesday night.
Floods are expected Thursday as rain moves into the area.

Passaic River:Flooding from the Passaic River is affecting Essex and Passaic counties. Minor flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast. Flooding is expected to impact Wayne and Lincoln Park.Pompton River:River is above flood stage, currently affecting Morris and Passaic counties. River is in the process of cresting. Minor flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast. Forecasted to go below flood stage late Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning. The village section of Pompton Plains is expected to be impacted by floods. Route 23 South and North is currently impassable.Ramapo River:Ramapo River is affecting Bergen, Morris and Passaic counties. Minor flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast. The river is expected to fall below flood stage Tuesday evening.
