EDISON - Temperatures are expected to be raw and chilly with today's highs in the mid 40s.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says flood watches are issued for Thursday and Friday. Another storm could produce 2-4 inches of rain. The ground is saturated from this past weekend, so flooding will be much quicker.

Curren says 1-3 inches of rain could soak the state Thursday and flooding could continue into Friday evening.
