EDISON - The arctic-air mass is easing its grip on New Jersey. The air mass brought some of the coldest weather the Northeast has seen in two years.

The coldest air was found in Sussex County this weekend, where temperatures reached as low as -17 degrees. Many other places in New Jersey were also registering sub-zero temperatures.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Michele Powers says the potential exists for another winter storm on Wednesday.

Powers says the current projection calls for a mix of snow and rain along with gusty winds. However, the track of the storm could change the type and amount of precipitation.
