EDISON - Periods of heavy rain are expected throughout the day as another storm system moves through the Garden State.

A flood watch is in effect for Hunterdon, Mercer, Morris, Somerset, Bergen, Passaic, Union, Essex and Hudson counties until tomorrow morning.
