EDISON - Another chilly start is ahead for New Jersey as temperatures start out in the 20s across most of the state today.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says highs will reach the upper 40s under partly cloudy skies. Wednesday night, snow showers are expected in northern New Jersey and light showers or sprinkles are expected elsewhere. Temperatures will be between 32-37 degrees overnight.

Dry and breezy conditions have prompted a Red Flag Warning for most of central and southern New Jersey. A Red Flag Warning means an increased likelihood of wildfires in the area.
