CLIFTON - A manager at Tick Tock Diner charged with plotting to kill his uncle is out on bail.

Georgios Spyropoulos posted $600,000 bail yesterday. He will remain under house arrest at his Clifton home and will wear an ankle monitor. He's also ordered to stay away from the diner.

Prosecutors say Spyropoulos offered $20,000 to an undercover state trooper posing as a hit man.
