More than one week after Hurricane Irene battered New Jersey, thousands are still without power or gas services. PSE&G says all of its electric services

EDISON - More than one week after Hurricane Irene battered New Jersey, thousands are still without power or gas services. PSE&G says all of its electric services are back online, but about 3,000 customers still can't use their gas. Jersey Central Power and Light is reporting scattered outages on its website. Officials say service restoration has been hampered by floodwaters and downed trees.
