TEANECK - Teaneck school officials are considering heavy budget cuts.

Officials are looking at outsourcing classroom aides and cutting courtesy busing, which could save the district $800,000.

Busing would be cut for certain students in pre-k through fourth grade.

Parents are concerned that outsourcing aides will bring less qualified candidates into the schools.

School officials will make final budget decisions on March 27.
