NEW BRUNSWICK - The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have signed paralyzed Rutgers defensive tackle Eric LeGrand.

In a symbolic move, the team signed LeGrand to their 90-man offseason roster, adding him to a team full of accomplished athletes.

LeGrand was paralyzed from the neck down while tackling Army kick returner Malcolm Brown in a game played at Giants Stadium on Oct 16, 2010.

LeGrand joins former Rutgers Scarlet Knights head coach Greg Schiano, who now coaches the Buccaneers.
