BOUND BROOK - The Raritan River has spilled over its banks in Manville, flooding Duke's Parkway Island Park and some surrounding roads.

In Bound Brook, floodwaters reached halfway up the pumps at a gas station and mingled with the gas, creating a murky mess.

Conditions have improved, but roads in some areas remain impassable or closed.
