LINDEN - A situation at a Union County home prompted a response by the SWAT team last night.

It happened before 10 p.m. in the 1,600-block of Grier Avenue in Linden.

A large police presence was seen at the home. Police have not yet confirmed any details, but they say an active investigation is underway.

The Union County Prosecutor's Office is also involved in the investigation.

It's not clear if anyone was taken into custody.
